Northwoods Sausage has a well deserved reputation for making a very fine product. Since 1999 hunters have brought their deer to Northwoods for processing because of the mouth watering brats, hot sticks, jerky, cheese stuffed sausage and other great products. Northwoods Sausage was originally started in a small shop in Ogdensburg, Wisconsin. Soon the demand for product became such that owner Mike Trewin moved the operation to a larger new facility closer to his home. His new location opened in 2006 on highway 54 just west of New London, Wisconsin, across from the well known Pine Tree Supper Club. That makes Northwoods Sausage even easier to find and more accessible to all it's fans.
